No can I get my deposit back, now that bill of sale is void? he voided it a
He was like I should give him 1 day to clear lien with the lien holder, I'm no longer interested in the car, I just can't risk this lien BS
What are the chances I can get my deposit back?

I would say yes you should be able to get back your deposit. If not, you can always contact the Better Business Bureau.

A 'shown' lien is usually nothing more than tardy administrative paperwork.
By law an automotive dealer in Ontario cannot retail a vehicle with a active lien anyways.
I'm sure the dealer is contacting the lien holder(bank) for a fax lien release
If the the physical aspects of the car have not changed or no other unforeseen undisclosed accidents come up don't be surprised if the dealer creates a bit of a tug-o-war with you.
