I purchased a few $49 oil change (synthetic) and car wash with no expiry from a deal site http://catchfred.com/ which has recently changed business to a pet store business? The oil change deal was being provided by Alfa Motorsports in North York, I figure the dealership has been in business for a while so its a good deal.

I have 2 vouchers left and I tried using one today and called in for a booking (905) 850-2025 and the person that picked up rudely said that I got the wrong number and they are not Alfa Motorsports. I call again and same guy, I check out the website and find out that Alfa motorsports moved to a new location on Dundas and Kipling http://alfamotorsports.autotrader.ca/index.htm or http://www.alfamotorsports.com/. I called the new location and they pretty much told me tough luck they are not the same Alfa motorsports as the one in North york, basically the one in north york is seperate from the car dealership business and they couldnt help me. I do my research and lo and behold there is a **** ton of deal sites out there selling these oil change vouchers with no expiry date. Here's a few

DEAL FIND 385 sold no expiry - http://www.dealfind.com/york-region/alfamotorsports
ONE Spout 391 sold no expiry - http://onespout.com/deal/view/38626
Living deal 119 sold no expiry - http://www.livingdeal.com/view/167
Groupon 290 sold Has expiry (I'm sure these guys took forever to get a booking) - http://www.groupon.com/deals/alfa-motorsports

Now I'm stuck with 2 vouchers that I have already paid for so I'm down close to $98. I'm sure there are hundreds of people out there on the same boat as I am, what can we do about this? These guys are litterally stealing our money!!!.

For now I just want to shine a light on this issue as I'm sure I'm not the only one. I suggest if you're in the same boat as me, that you post here so we can track it sorta. I'll also be reporting them to BBB.

You should contact your credit card company and have them refund you your $. Explain the situation and they should refund it to you.

just contact catchfred.com and they should refund you the money. I had to do that with Groupon once and it wasn't a problem at all.

Interested to see what happens with this ...
I used 1 out of 3 vouchers I purchased for Alfa. Took them a while but they got the job done, was actually thinking I'd go there again for my next oil change.

Any updates?

Damn was going to use my last coupon today and just found out about this...Pretty BS that Dundas location won't honor the coupon, pretty sure they're both the same company (same website, same logo...)
I bought mine from Dealfind and on their site it says :
"If a merchant goes out of business before the promotional period ends , not to worry! We will issue Dealfind Dollars to your account for the price you paid for any unused vouchers. Simply visit our Contact Us page to submit your request. "

I don't want dealfind dollars...hopefully they can refund me my cash back

Groupon is actually really good with this. I made a complaint and asked for a refund for 5 tickets from Grandprix Kartways and got every single penny credited on to my credit card. I purchased the 5 tickets from my group and we all had dismal experience and got credited no questions asked.
