I hate Binary math.
Actually, to be honest, I despise conversion between Binary, Octal, Decimal and Hexadecimal.

Actually, to be honest, I despise conversion between Binary, Octal, Decimal and Hexadecimal.

Conversions are very easy. You just have to remember a few things:

- Hex is every 4 bits, so you can easily convert from binary to hex.
- Octal is every 3 bits, so you can easily convert from binary to octal.
- 111 = 7 in octal, decimal and hex and 1111 = 15 in decimal, 17 in octal and F in hex.

It is far easier to do arithmetic operations once you convert binary into hex/octal btw. I rarely used direct methods even though they aren't hard or anything. But it is more annoying and tedious than simple hex/octal calculations.
