Looks like a major accident. I drove through it @ 7pm it was still just one lane closed. Then around 8 they closed off the roads around the leslie and highway 7 intersection. Probably doing investigation? All traffic diverted to side streets which are clogged!

If there's a fender bender in Toronto it's considered a major accident.

There was some drug bust or something. Cops in regular cars (Corolla, Caravan) were chasing down this Lexus and arrested 3 (?) people in the car. It was like a scene from DEA on spike tv.

haha it was a pretty solid accident. I got off work around 6 and sadly had to wait like 20 min for the bus to detour around the accident. They had the entire westbound lands shut down at the time.

No wonder. I saw a beige corolla and a honda accord pressed against each other head to head on the side walk. There are concrete blocks separating the side walk from the road so the accord would have had to go between them. I wouldn't figure out how they two cars got there. But in the end...beige corolla, so everything made sense.

Yeah, it only looked like an accident cause it involved regular cars, but those regular cars were actually "police cars". They were trying to block the Lexus in. One of my friend works at Time Square and immediately saw the whole thing go down. He heard a screeched and looked out the window and saw some cars boxing in the Lexus, and the guys (3 people?) in the Lexus were immediately arrested. It was like some sting operation.

Wow. That section of road is totally screwed up at the best of times with all the construction going on. Wonder how they managed a high speed chase there.

There is a white mercedes? van at the end of the video. I think a dozen cops must have swarmed out of the van like a HK cop tv series.

It's not really bayview. Maybe just backed up because no one can go east.

Was having dinner at one of those plaza. When I came out, I was like "WTF". Didn't know about accident, but took a short cut on times avenue area and by pass the whole thing.

Those losers really need to learn how to drive.

If there's a fender bender in Toronto it's considered a major accident.

And they block all lanes.

Such incompetence.

At least they did their research and knew that they'd blend in with the crowd by driving a Corolla. Extra points if it was a beige/champaigne colored one. Second place if it was that greenish blue color.
