Just received my disclosure for a ticket I got last December, it basically has nothing on it.
Does an officer have to disclose their location when taking readings?
Is there any locations off limits?
Do they need to note anything about the situation like passengers?
Is there anything else I should be looking for?

their location is very important as it's a point of reference for the radar or laser gun to you. However a mile marker is usually acceptible. Please post it so we can take a look at it. Passengers, possibly but not critical to the case.
Look for inconsistency with the description of you, the vehicle, etc.

at least the model of gun and calibration testing too. i think you will win by lack of disclosure.

Look for inconsistency with the description of you, the vehicle, etc.It only states 100M and where I was stopped (intersection) nothing about their location. Reason I'm concerned about this is I'm usually pretty aware of my surroundings and didn't see the car anywhere until it was too late. Granted I was dealing with my screaming kid in the back (why I was wondering about whether they need to note such a thing) which might be why I didn't notice.
Anyway I was quite surprised since I have a clean record, no speeding tickets for over 15 years and wasn't offered a chance to give an explanation. It was reduced from 70/50 to 60/50 (country road), but granted the circumstances I think I deserved a warning...
