Does anyone know if Telus has any rules about cancelling their services. For the summer, I am looking to severe my ties with them, except for basic phone, and then maybe sign up with a better deal in Sept.
I know that my Telus Satellite TV contract is $10 a month cancel fee for the remaining 3 months I have left.
What I'm wondering is if there is a 30-day notice policy or something? EG: If I call tonight to cancel my internet for example, will they still bill me for another 30 days or does the service stop instantly and I get credit for the cancellation right away?
