I've upgraded my computer so my old one needs a new home. Had it about 3 years and no issues. I didn't overclock it except using the XMP profile of the ram to get the rated speed.

Selling as a bundle (not parting unless I get requests for each part).

Gigabyte EX58-UD5 (rev 1.0) - http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=2958

This was one of Gigabyte's top of the line LGA1366 board. It currently has (from my memory) F13t beta bios. The reason I was using a beta bios was get SMART support on solid-state drives. I just noticed in their website they now have an official F13 bios. Updating can be easily be done by USB stick once everything is hooked up.

Intel Core i7-920 2.66 GHz Quad core - http://ark.intel.com/products/37147/Intel-Core-i7-920-Processor-%288M-Cache-2_66-GHz-4_80-GTs-Intel-QPI%29

This is a quad core CPU with 8 threads. It has the markings "SLBEJ" which I believe is the 1st stepping of the CPU.

Corsair 12GB DDR3 set - HX3X12G1600C9 - http://www.corsair.com/memory-by-product-family/xms-classic/hx3x12g1600c9.html

This is a match set of 6x2GB DDR3 ram for a total of 12GB of ram! As a set, that means Corsair tested all 6 sticks together and all 6 DDR3 slots on the motherboard are used.

NOTE: I had to use XMP (eXtreme Memory profile - http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/gaming/gaming-computers/intel-extreme-memory-profile-xmp.html) to get the rated 1600 MHz speed. You don't have to use it which I believe the speed would be around 1200 mHz (not sure).

Noctua NH-U12P with 2 NF-P12 fans (intake+exhaust setup)
http://www.noctua.at/main.php?lng=en&products_id=14&show=productview
http://www.noctua.at/main.php?show=productview&products_id=12&lng=en

A 4 heat pipe tower heatsink. Also included is 2 120mm NF-P12 fans (setup as intake and exhaust fans) which have a balance of noise and airflow.

EDIT: I found the boxes for the NF-P12 fans. So you get the rubber holders and power adapters that can reduce the speed if you want lower sound. No screws though.

VERY IMPORTANT - I had to remove the heatsink and so I cleaned up the thermal paste on both the heatsink and the CPU. You will NEED thermal paste to reattach the heatsink which I no longer have.

---

Other Notes
I only have the box of the motherboard and the fans. I believe I have everything EXCEPT for the IDE cable and 2 SATA cables. I no longer have the other parts of the heatsink which are the parts for other types of sockets. I no longer have the original heatsink that came with the CPU.

Located in Toronto and can meet anywhere near TTC (as I don't drive)
