Hi fellow RFDers, I am looking to purchase a new (but 2012) Lexus RX350, I was wondering if anyone here has any experiences to share. I have done my share of research and I already called a few dealers in new York state, it seems like they are reluctant to sell me one to bring it back to Canada (I can obviously understand why). Please share anything experiences and stories you have. I am not looking for general information, but maybe if u know a dealer that has a history of selling to Canadians in the past then that would be helpful. Thanks to everyone in advance!

For month of June, Lexus is offering $5K cash purchase rebate + whatever you can negotiate off from the dealer side, probably another $4 - 5K, pending options. Therefore, $10K would be a heck of a discount and saves you lots of hassles.

Since you cannot buy new from the States, you can still buy a demo or slightly used one. Just start with riv.ca and go from there. Do ask your insurance company of how to deal with this sort of transaction.
