Did you try holding down the F8 key while the computer starts? If not, unplug the computer, push start button, then hold down the f8 key at the top of your keyboard. If the screen comes up with various choices pick, use the last configuration the worked. This is assuming you have a windows computer.

If you have more than one strip, remove them one-by-one until the problem disappears. You just need to replace the bad one; I doubt all of them are bad.

Did you get the right rated voltage RAM for your mobo? I know there's 1.5V and 1.65 and some sticks are a pain if they are underpowered....

Boys. The current rams are Corsair (blue screening me) should i get the something tomorrow for exchange? That's If you are confident that it's the RAM, and not something else, like the motherboard or the PSU. You can confirm by trying a working RAM on this computer or trying the RAM on another working computer.

Do you have another PSU to check? Perhaps the PSU is not keeping up?
Something probably wrong with the mother board maybe?
Did you try your "faulty" RAM with another computer to see if it really was faulty? Could be the RAM slot is damaged too.

Ask your friend if he can let you put your faulty RAM in his motherboard and test it. Same for the power supply.
Perhaps the process of elimination will point to the real cause.

I meant did the BSOD pop up when you started it up for the first time as well? While you're installing drivers/programs? etc.?

irq not equal error is always a piece of your hardware failing/bad driver for it. most likely an add on pci card like a modem, network card, wireless card or sound card.
go into your bios and disable 1 card at a time until you find the culprit.

Jun 20th, 2012, 06:44 PM
if I remember correctly NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL is a driver issue
I don't want to be rude but try what is recommended first, isn't hard to do a reinstall a OS

Some driver or hardware is faulty.
Try removing/disabling the expansion cards (sound, GPU/video card, network etc) one by one to see when it stops as suggested by a few others already.
