Note that the July 15th expiry date includes the in-person ballot. You can get an entry online (enter by July 13th) and one by attending the event on July 15th for a total of 2 ballots. Also note that you must be present at the event on the 15th (in Markham, Ontario) in the event your name is drawn, otherwise the prize is forfeited.

Prize:

There will be one (1) Prize (the “Prize”) available to be won consisting of the confirmed winner’s choice of one (1) of the following two (2) prize options:

A 2012 CBR250R motorcycle, with an approximate retail value of $4,499 (the “Bike Prize”); OR

A Power Equipment prize package that consists of one of each of the following products: (i) Generator (EU2000KC2); (ii) Lawnmower (HRR2168VYC); (iii) Tiller (FG110K1C); (iv) Trimmer (HHT25SLTC); and (v) Snowblower (HS622TC); collectively with an approximate retail value of $4,865 (the Power Prize”).

5. RANDOM PRIZE DRAW AND WINNER SELECTION:

At the Event on July 15, 2012 (the “Draw Date”) in Markham, Ontario at approximately 5:00 p.m. ET, one (1) eligible entrant will be selected by random draw from among all eligible Entries received during the Contest. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received during the Contest in accordance with these Rules. IMPORTANT NOTE: To be eligible to win, the selected entrant must be physically present at the Event at the time he/she is announced as an eligible winner (except where Sponsor elects to select an alternate eligible winner in accordance with these Rules). If the selected entrant is not physically present at the Event at the time he/she is announced as the eligible winner, then he/she will be disqualified (and will forfeit all rights to a Prize) and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to randomly select an alternate eligible entrant from among the remaining eligible Entries (in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such new selected entrant).
