I am looking to buy a dash cam. I recently read a RFD thread about somebody being charged for things "obstructing windscreen". How big a thing can i put on the dash/windscreen before I get pulled over/ticketed for any applicable offences?
Also, I am looking to buy this dash cam: The Papago P1W.

Its functions are sufficient. I am still considering whether I should get the P1W or the P2:

The P2 adds G sensor, GPS, dedicated software and customizable radar spots. Other than that its the same core.
