My driver's licence is suspended. If I pay my fine plus all additional fees today, when will I get my licence back?
The Ministry of Transportation takes approximately three to five business days to reinstate your licence. If you have any questions, please contact the Ministry at 1-800-387-3445.
How can I pay my fine?
Your fine can be paid at any Provincial Offences Office in Ontario. The Provincial Offences Offices in York Region accept cash, cheque (payable to the Regional Municipality of York), debit card, Visa, and MasterCard. Tickets received in the Region of York may also be paid by e-commerce by clicking on Paytickets.ca (Need a link) to make an electronic payment.
