Are you repairing your BMW 7 Series? If so, look for Ron @ Chipmaster.

I own a fairly high end 1960s-era European sportscar that had dent repairs 'repaired' by the application of body filler, sanding, and repaint.

When the car was dissassembled and rebuilt, we had to correct all of the work by physically pounding out the dents after removing an entire 5 gallon pail worth of body filler from the area  .

The body filler technique is cheap and will be okay if you're just going to return the car on a lease. If you want it done properly though, much of the interior will need to be removed, and the dent pounded out from beneath, a small amount of filler applied, sanded, and then primed/basecoated/clearcoated.

Keep this in mind when you get quotes. Some shops will quote you for a different technique than others.
