I'm pretty sure the Mercedes S-Class and some Volvo model offer them.
The funny thing is that when both Mercedes and Volvo were showing off this new tech for the first time, both of their cars ended up crashing haha

Volkswagen Up
Toytoa/Lexus

I am sure some other Japanese manufacturers also have this kind of technology in their higher end JDM cars.

From what I can tell, I know the Mercedes E Class has it (for the Automatic braking, not sure about collision avoidance) and definitely the Volvo S60 has it.
