I've never really used it, wanted to replace the 4S but ended up keeping the 4S so the Note was taken out of the box to unlock.
I've put a bestskinever screen protector on it and bought a nice elegant Flip Card Pocket Case for it.

It's the original 2.3 OS, ICS isn't officially out as yet.
XDA has a great Team Perfection custom ICS ROM.
