With all the gloom about relationships/break-ups etc...

Just thought it would be nice to dedicate a thread with couples still growing strong after 'x' amount of years?

I have a friend who's dated this one girl since highschool for 3 years, they broke up, but they still talk and see each other constantly, & ultimately it looks like they'll get back together.

Almost 4 months and most likely breakup before summer ends. We just can't come to a compromise.

Currently a free agent and enjoying my freedom, but my last one lasted 2 years. I kind of regret it. If you know she's the one, go for it, but if she's not, move on and find someone else.

We've been together for four years already. Though we've been through a lot of ups and down. I can say that we have conquered everything already. I know that there are still a lot of obstacles that are coming. I'm just praying that we can still pass whatever it is.

Love hurts?

So then the question is what do you get out of it that you could not get out of a healthier relationship - ? The fiery passion of S&M?

I do not know but what I do suggest is: Please do not consummate.

Oh, no, no, no. Don't get better. RFD voyerism is what keeps the site alive. It is like a little soap opera right here in my computer.

Will a-tree demand that stuntman put out with another definition?
Will someone knock themself unconscious with one final passionate ?
Will stuntman employ his spelling error move to invite BornRuff into the viscous frenzy?
Does Vero know about a-tree?
When will they all let down their guard and be vulnerable?

Coming up on 5 months later this week. We live in different cities and our time away from each other has made me value and miss her more. Had a nice weekend together the past one.

It's always better to be in a relationship. Otherwise, people will think you are a loser for not being able to get girls and they will pity you for being single.

I am guessing you are better now stuntman.

Narcissism: self-importance.
Histrionics: dramatic flair.

Put them together and you know what you get?
No response necessary.

Wow - Just reading back on this thread, and my hats off to most of you. I won't lie, I do have a slight fear of settling down, so it's nice to see such long/fulfilling relationships on here. :)
