For those who still play Wii and looking to play Super Smash Brothers but just too cheap to pay full price, now is your chance. The game is now on sale for $29.83. Now there is no excuse to play one of the finest fighting game this generation.

i'm a below average gamer, i got this game last year but couldn't get into it. maybe i just suck??

Not on sale, it's the regular price. Donkey Kong Country Returns is also $30 now too. Best Buy hasn't changed their prices yet it seems, but most stores have.

bravo for SSBB retaining its retail value for this long

i could never really get into the wii iteration. I'll always love SSBM and the original version in a close 2nd

did a search for the game on ign, and there's one with "brawl" in the name and another that isn't, but the non-brawl one looks like it's downloadable thru virtual console.

please confirm anyway please thx

Same. I only played the n64 version, and i bought the wii version when it came out, and it just seemed way too chaotic and not as fun. The platforming/trying to stay alive while falling off didn't seem as fun as it did on the n64 version.

I understand chaos is part of the game, but it almost seemed like too much randomness happening to really have your own actions impact the game. In the n64 version, nothing was more satisfying than waiting for your opponent to do their double jump trying to get back onto the platform, only to throw a pokeball at them in mid air and send them to their doom :)

But again, maybe I just suck and haven't played the new one enough to get into it.

The original N64 version is available on Virtual Console. Brawl is the Wii version.

Should be this price everywhere since Nintendo dropped the price to $30.
