Bought a Whirlpool 17.6 cu. ft. Top Freezer Refrigerator White Colour for $399.95 at futureshop in GVR at Metrotown. MSRP is $649.99. According to the guy at FS, they are not going to carry Whirlpool appliances anymore. It isn't on futureshop.ca but here is the link at sears.ca.

It's on Sears.ca , not the depot site..so it's brand new.

I don't see it on Futureshop's website.

He just said it is NOT on the Futureshop website, he linked to Sears to show you the model #.

I've seen a few decent floor model blowouts at the downtown FS here in Edmonton. Pricing I know varies alot from store to store with clearance items.

Didn't know they were going to stop selling whirlpool... much prefer them over Frigidaire..

I got it brand new. There were a couple of demo models he tried to sell me for $20 cheaper, but i decided on the brand new one.

I tried to get a whirlpool range price matched at sears, they wouldn't do it because futureshop is clearing out whirlpool. So anyone thinking price match it is definitely very YMMV.

I just ordered the Whirlpool YWFE530C0AS stove. The one I have from the previous owner is in bad shape. Pretty good price for $699.99 considering Leon's has the same one for $899 on sale. Missed out on a dishwasher for $399 but it was not rated too well.
