I need about 25sqf of ditra, but every store sells full rolls only, where the smallest roll (54sqf) is around $150...Is it possible to buy this stuff by the foot? Etobicoke and Mississauga area, thanks for any info...

There is two types of Ditra, the standard and the XL, I believe Tile Mastes sells it by the linear foot although the closest location to you would be either Kitchener or Aurora. I have seen some on Kijiji by the linear foot but haven't kept up with recent listings, by the way the roll is 39.6 wide or 1 meter so you'll have round off the sq. footage. I also believe Home Hardware sells it by the linear foot but not at all locations so it's a matter of several phone calls since they're franchised.
I hope this info helps and good luck with your project Tommy74.

I've used Protegga, which can be bought by the ln ft at Rona. Very happy with it.

Markham Tile on Laidlaw sells by the linear foot. And it's cheaper than HD too!

Try Home Hardware. They sell both types of Ditra by linear foot.
