Due to the overheating issue with the 400 model, the group buy is on hold. But we are in the process and almost finalizing the group buy with a newer model. The 380 model which solves the overheating issue according to blackvue and the only notable difference is its 780p instead of 1080p.

Pintobean (from the other GB thread) was pretty awesome with returns when people had problems with the cam. And I know what you might say (Oh, we are purchasing the new model which has no overheating issues.) Well, that's not confirmed since the cam is still very new (it's not even on their site yet.) So we won't know of any problems until more people get their hands on the cam.

Heres the update guys, We will be purchasing through Blackvue USA so there is warranty and its in english firmware. Also there is a new model 400g II which is the new model that solves the overheating issue.

BlackVue USA
They have agreed to work with us on this GB. Yes this is a bit higher in price, but it is almost $75 less than what they sell it for normally. They are USA based and they are selling a unit that is made for the English market and they are authorized by blackvue to sell this unit. As opposed to all e-bay sellers who are actually in violation of their terms with blackvue not to sell on auction sites, therefore their units are not covered under warranty by blackvue, so the onus would be upon the seller for any issues and you'd have to ship the unit back to Korea.

We are also one of the first to get the new re-design for the 400G with new motherboard, new lens, Improved recording time (Higher compression technology) & new case design!
