Oh boy, Apple wins again ugh. When will they give up? Very disappointing news for me for sure.

Late yesterday a judge in California ruled that Samsung must stop selling its Galaxy Tab 10.1 Tablet in the United States because of copyright infringement concerns. Essentially, Apple is contending that the Samsung device has copied elements of the Apple iPad. In late 2011 Australia had banned sales of the same tablet temporarily as the same case was being evaluated.

Can you say that it might affect us Canadians eventually? I hope not for Apple's sake heh.

The patent industry really needs to be revamped because not only Apple but patent troll companies are abusing broad patents and causing stupid market shifts.

This. Apple is not the big evil...they are just playing the game to stay on the same playing field. Blame the law-makers for this whole patent fiasco. Companies are just protecting their IP.

I even recall the late Mr Jobs in an interview saying the patent system in the U.S. is 'broken'.

I remember hearing that as well.
