Dose anyone know how to go to Montreal from Toronto Pearson Airport

I wanna go to Montreal from Toronto Airport, but as for airplane, it's quite expensive.
I think train or bus are cheaper than it, however, I don't know exactly, how to use it.
Someone helps me plz

you can also check kijiji under service->travel and search for montreal for the cheapest option you can car pool with others and split the gas mostly students commuting back and forth
