View Full Version : Need Help! Direct Energy Inbound Customer Service Agent via ContractXchange

I am looking into this job, however I keep hearing mixed things.

The training is about $300, which was an immediate red flag to me. However a lot of people say it's legitimate.

I know some companies are better than others when it comes to ContractXchange, but direct energy seems to be one of the better ones to work for.

Does anyone have any experience with ContractXchange at all? Or Direct Energy in Particular?

The training is expensive, yes. ContractXChange is legit. However, depending on what kind of operating system and/or kind of computer you have, you might need to go out and buy a new one. They only allow desktop computers and you also have to be extra fees on top of that a month, plus you will probably need an additional phone line. If you're looking to work at home, there are other companies that are hiring inbound customer services reps. Send me a PM and ill give you a list.
