Galaxy Nexus is considered $350-$400 now, while Note is about $450. So you'll have to add a bit of dough if you want to trade for an S3.

I was offered $600 for my note today (Not sure where you get $450)...and even THAT is making me wonder if I should just keep it. I NEVER use it, still new with screenies on the sides, but want to keep it on the chance I do need something that monstrous. I'd be fine with topping up for the Nexus and it's included Defender Otterbox.
