Is this place any good? Do I have to make reservations?

It's alright, but I suggest you go on their half price days, if you don't have the dealoftheDay ticket.
You don't really have to make reservations, but it would be better if you called in and asked, sometimes they're busy and you might have to wait for a long time for space to free up, if they are. I don't think you can make reservations unless you are coming with a group of 5 (or was it 6) or more.
