hellohihi: Not all CBI users are on RFD and this thread will be buried among so many others in the forum, so I doubt you'll find the person this way. An alternative way to reach them is to just mail a letter or package to their CBI address (you know what it is ;) ), and hope it gets picked up soon. (A package will be listed in the online tracking list, but a letter will not. So a package is more noticeable.)
could you elaborate? Every annual membership account at CBI (http://cbiusa.com/) is assigned a number, so when items are shipped the mailbox # is included in the address and they can store the package in the right place. Then when you go to CBI, you tell them your account number and they bring out all your packages.
Maybe there was a mixup and the owner of #1928 picked up a package that wasn't intended for him.

The 1928 owner picked up my package a few days ago. I forgot my # while I ordered my items, I thought it was 1928 but it wan't. Cbi personnel called that owner but he hasn't returned her call yet. I hope he will come here and see my message so he will return my package soon. I wonder what if he won't return my package. Will cbi reimburse me?

OP used the wrong number to order items, so why should they be responsible?

OP used the wrong number to order items, so why should they be responsible? Yeah, it wasn't CBI's mistake so I don't see why they should reimburse anything.

My name was shown on the package, cbi should have asked his ID when he picked it up. Cbi asks my ID when I pick up my packages. Also cbi website shows the customer names of each packages. The 1928 should have known the package was not his.

you just answered your own question.
If the person picking it up was honest, he would have told CBI or even if it was an honest mistake, the person would have contacted you already.
You aren't going to get someone anywhere to admit that they are CBI #1928.
Let it be a lesson to you....and becareful next time.

The 1928 should have known the package was not his. I don't recall CBI asking for my ID anytime recently. And I've received friends' packages at my mailbox # (1246) with the package addressed in their name, and the note is made in the tracking info online. I just get the packages and pay, and that's it. That's just the way CBI works.
Yes, the owner of 1928 obviously know that they got a package not intended for them, but you'll have to rely on their honesty to get anything back. If you had noticed your mistake earlier (before the package was picked up), it would be a different story...you could have asked CBI to correct your error.

I was out of town so I couldn't track the package. After I was home and found out I used the wrong mail box #, it was too late already. Cbi just told me that the 1928 owner will return my package next week.
