Turning 40 - where to do?

A group of us are turning 40. We want to go somewhere fun (outside of Canada). One person in the group can't travel to the US (don't ask why). We're all guys... some married, some single. We have about a week to 10 days to partay!

If you guys are looking to do something special consider Intrepid Travel or G Adventures they do small group adventure travel

I'd do this. Antarctica for the married folk and Santiago's bordellos for the single guys.
