i took a picture today. i randomly hear this sqeeling noise on some days.
you can see that the noise increases as i take it closer to the engine.
i dont hear it on all days
any idea on what this can be?

Sounds like your serpentine belt is worn and is slipping over a pulley.
A way to check it is by rubbing a bar of soap on as much of the belt as you can (the grooved side, the side that rides on the pulleys). This provides a certain amount of lubrication and makes the noise go away. If that works and the noise disappears, then you should replace the belt. (rub the bar of soap on the belt when the engine is stopped, rub lots of soap on it)
If the noise is still there, then you could have a bearing, pulley or, tensioner going bad and a bit more investigation is required.

OP, a belt is cheap. I would just change it if it is old.

Soap is the easiest and can be done at home.
You can also go to your local auto parts store and buy a can of spray on Belt Dressing. It is a sticky substance that is sprayed on the grooved side of the belt when the engine is running and makes the noise go away for a while.
