The stores do not directly PM to a competitor's price, however prices are typically adjusted to match/beat based on weekly sales at the corporate level. It sometimes takes a day for this to occur.

Which tv are you looking at?

No, you can't bring a competitor flyer to Costco, they won't match it.

Keep in mind you have a free 2nd year warranty on TVs at Costco and a 90-day hassle free return policy.

What I know too, is that they dont matched competitor price. what they do is give an additional 1 year warranty. it is still much better right?

something that you may find is that the model # is a little bit different so FS and BB don't PM costco.. like the suffix will be different. or the costco model will come with extra accessories.

so that may thrwart many pm scenarios....

They'll pricematch themselves if there's a later drop in price.

BB and FS won't PM Costco because they don't consider Costco to be a retailer as it requires membership.

Yeah agree with others. You won't be able to pm costco with others. They are different in their way of pricing.

I have Visa Low-Interest and MasterCard Gold which both offer "extended warranty". When I buy item on the credit card, it doubles the manufacturer warranty through the credit card insurance.

I'm not a member of Costco because Walmart prices seem to be equal or better at most times lol. And I get prescriptions at Costco without a membership too.

A Costco store may price adjust within the same store (if there's a later drop in price) but it does not price match another Costco store.

Do you know what the credit card "extended warranty" double means? It is double up to 1 more year. When you actually need to claim it, you will know you will need to jump through some hops in order to get it.

I much rather shop at costco than that black cancer store called walmart.

Costco doesnot matches the prices. I have cost Amex, Interestingly the 90 days protection is provided by them against theft and brokage. THey are the one who extend the warranty . So if you even purchase if from some other shop, you will get it

No Costco doesn't price match. But they do price adjustment after the fact, so if the price drops you take the receipt back and that's it. You have to go to the store that has the lower price though. Also I think this only applies within 90 days from purchase date, because that's the eligible return period.

From experience claiming the warranty is pretty easy. Usually just fill in a form and that's it. It goes through a 3rd party insurance company anyway.

Let's not mix up the 90 days return policy from the extended warranty. 90 days is simply for returns which you can do under any circumstances.

The Costco warranty is that they automatically haves you 2 years warranty and it does not require an Amex card! Instead you go through Costco Concierge which provides technical support also: http://www.costco.ca/service/featurepage.aspx?productno=10363707

From my experience, it is not as easy as I wanted to. First, I need to find the receipt and the credit card slip. Second, I need to fax/email the warranty pages from the owner manual (that means I need to find that too).
