This was probably answered 1000 times already, but I didn't find the answer to my question(s), so here it goes:

We have a small semi in the center of Mississauga, built 28 years ago. The 2 toilets and 2 sinks/fauwcets are the most basic ones, and are still original, but are at the end of life now. All 4 are by American Standard.

1) Anybody can suggest a reputable plumber for this job

2) Is there such a thing as predermined and fixed fee for replacing toilets and sinks/fauwcets and how much should it cost

Many thanks and cheers :)

Try vision vanities at Derry and torbram, I got my stuff from them including plumbing. Price was good, service was good.

I believe peel region still gives a rebate for certain low flow toilets. Check before you buy

Both of those are easy DIY jobs, though a toilet can be more of a problem if the seal has leaked and damaged the subfloor... sink should take about 10-15 minutes, toilet can be half an hour or so to remove old one and install new one.

Not everyone is comfortable with diy. When installing toilets, you need to make sure not to over-tighten the flange bolts (which attach the toilet to the floor) or you will crack the base, and then, how much money are you saving? There are Youtube tutorials for everything these days, so it's certainly possible to learn how to do these sorts of jobs.

Do some research about what toilets and faucets are good...buying the cheapest is usually not the best in this situation.
