I have completed 3 CIP courses and have a diploma in Insurance. Does anyone the best way to apply to get into the insurance industry? What are some websites i can look at? i tried insuranceworks.ca but most of the listings require 4-5 years worth of experience. I have no experience working in the insurance industry. I have worked as a CSR the last couple of years for various companies(not insurance based). It seems like getting an entry level position as a trainee is kind of difficult as i don't see any postings with the major insurance companies. I wouldn't mind getting into underwriting, adjusting, claims, or any other areas. Pretty much i am just looking to get my feet wet and then move up from there(while completing the rest of the CIP courses).
