HI

A question for experienced travelers:

What's the fastest and cheapest way to travel around Canada? How much does it roughly cost to get from Montreal to Edmonton if flying for instance?

For flights you can easily check expedia or other sites, to get rates for the dates you like.

For travelling around Canada, do you mean to drive from coast to coast to coast, and camp out (in tent) along the way, for cheapest? Or do you mean flying from city to city to city, and take public transits. There are so many places to go, so many ways to travel, so many ways to eat, to sleep for the night.

It'll be easier to help you if you provide some more specifics.

The first thing an experienced traveler will tell you is that -- unless you're talking about a microstate like Lichtenstein -- the fastest way to travel around a country is never the cheapest. So pick one or the other.

Drive from Vancouver -> Jasper -> Edmonton -> Jasper -> Banff -> Calgary. Fly to Toronto. Drive all the way to Newfoundland :)
