Spotted the Braun Series 1-190 shaver gift set for $25 at Markville Walmart, includes shaver and aftershave lotion. The Shaver itself is on RB still $40.

Thanks OP! Bought one of these gift sets at the Winnipeg Kenaston location and they still had quite a few left. Seems like a decent shaver for $25 with the included cooling cream. Retails for much more but very few and mixed reviews on Amazon.com. Found that my local RCSS was still selling the shaver alone for $70 though. Amazon.com link:
