Go which whatever one you prefer and afford. Although Tech Savvy is in strong partnership with Rogers, and I despise Rogers.

They are in a strong partnership with Rogers? How so? They have the same relationship with Bell, Pay for the last mile and sell the service. Not sure why you think they are buddy buddy with rogers?

Either way

+1 for Teksavvy

the less money fro rogers & bell the better.

You do know that any wholesaler ISP in Ontario will have to go through incumbents.. We don't have more of a strong partnership as any other. Including Acanac, Distributel, Start, Ebox etc...

A bit off topic but since you work for Teksavvy, is there anything, if any that make you guys better then the other ISP's you mentioned?

Sorry to hijack this thread but I have a question about getting cable internet from a non-Rogers provider. I currently live in a condo and have my home phone, digital cable, and internet through Rogers. All these services are split from the same single cable in my apartment. Is it possible to still get Teksavvy cable internet even though I only have one cable that is being already used for other Rogers services?

TSIMartin is telling you the truth. I can tell you with Acanac for DSL we rent Bell lines and for our cable service in Ontario we rent lines from Rogers. For cable service in Quebec we rent lines from Videotron. These are the installers that come out to your home if you need the service connected or if you need a dry loop line put in it is Bell installers that would be coming out. your service would still be with us but just to let you know who is the installers for the DSL and for the cable internet.

You should go Teksavvy, unless of course you don't download that much.

It's natural for us to say TekSavvy, but in all reality, it doesn't matter which TPIA provider you use, we are pretty much providing the same kind of service. Difference is in price plans, Usage allowed, people you deal with etc.

At the end of the day, you can take a decision on what interest you the most.

Martin

Been with Teksavvy cable for 7 months at my current apartment and was on their DSL for nearly a year before that. Never had any problems with them :D
