As you guys can see WIND's Equinox has commercial plates B&W writing ...
question is ... How were they able to do that?
is it because the car is registered under the company (WIND) ... and if thats the case then if someone owns a company (small business or a big one) can they be allowed to get commercial plates on any car (type of car) and then have that be a tax write-off at the end of the year?
Thanks!

Might be that some of the fleet models are eligible. I know some of the HHR panel vans could have these plates. Also the Dodge Caravan cargo vans.

I understand that such vehicles are allowed but there is no "commercial" Equinox cars being sold ... they are all passengers and those cars are classified as SUV's and not pickup trucks! so even this part is out of the question ....
but thanks anyways!

You don't need to have a commercial plate in order to write off. Just make sure to purchase under company name and show business/commercial insurance.
