Query if I were to buy one as a gift, by default if I pay either via Credit Card or PayPal it gets shipped to my address but I want to surprise the person with a gift. Can I change the shipping address either in NewEgg or CanadaGSM?

No i dont remember the store name sorry. I went to the store to buy screen protectors and asked how much they were selling the s3 for. I didnt ask which model they were selling either.

Just as a Noob question --- Can you buy the S3 in the same way as an Apple 4S? Direct from the manufacturer store as an unlocked version? It seems like there is a lot of run-around to try and find an unlocked S3, is it not like going to the Apple store, to get the unlocked version???

You can buy a S3 and then buy an unlock code for like $35 I think.

There's a lot of carrier branded versions that come locked but should be easy to unlock. People are looking for the international version because it comes factory unlocked like the iphone form the apple store and because it comes with a quad core cpu
