I'm thinking of buying a 2012 Acura TL 2012 (will likely lease). I'd love to get feedback from owners on what they love (or hate) about the car. How's the fit and finish? Dealer service? Reliability? Thanks in advance.

I have a 2011 in the household. The 2012's suppose to be quieter and is definately better looking.
Pros:
- good value and size. comes with everything more or less standard
- powerful and fuel efficient on the highway
- reliable, never had issues with Acura cars
- my dealer is great (Erin Mills). Service is also relatively inexpensive
Cons:
- Styling- still looks a bit bloated
- trunk is small
- rear seats don't fold
- fit and finish is great but material is average
- i find that i need to correct steering more to keep straight compare to my GLK. I'm not sure if it's EPS related
It's a great car and for the price it's hard to find something that does this well in multiple aspects. The new ES350 should be a great contender though if you can hold off a bit longer. Let me know of any other questions. Cheers

Thanks Phil , that's quite an informative feedback. Just curious whIch options did you go for? Is the nav system any good?

The model i have is the FWD with Tech. If the Navi was a stand- alone option I don't think I would have gone for it. With portal GPS/cell phones, i don't think it's worth the premium. However, for the Acura, it's bundled with items you might find useful:
in 2011 (it may have changed for 2012)
- it upgrades the sound system to ELS which is quite a good quality system. I should note this car comes only with a single disk CD player
- You get a color screen in the middle of the dash that doubles as the backup camera. The base car has a really old school display
- push button start
- you get the spoiler with the tech package
-Navi + voice activated EVERTHING. lol
Acura/Honda navi's are the best in the industry. The graphics might not be top notch but the user interphase and friendliness is usually better than other makes. This is just my opinion based on my experience with Lexus, Mercedes and Infiniti. Things might be diff in 2012 though
