Any thoughts on Dundee International REIT (DI.UN-TSX) ? [Archive]

I don't have any REIT exposure in my portfolio (outside of some in XTR) and I think Canada REITs are a bit high right now. What do you think of this one?

I would also like to know what you guys think of this one. Also, how does it compare with AX.UN?

My order of preference would be:

REI.UN > REF.UN > AX.UN > DI.UN

REI = RioCan has the Target stores coming, I think target is going to do well in Canada. REI's chart also looks excellent

REF = also making new highs

AX = pretty nice up trend as well

DI = pretty flat in the charts and not enough data points (maybe its my program)
