Cell phone upgrade with Roger

Has anyone called Rogers recently for a hardware upgrade, and able to get the early upgrade fee and the adminstrative charge of $35 waived completely? If so, please share your strategy!
I'm 2 yrs into a 3 yr contract, and have been with Rogers for 10+ yrs.

I think HUP Is 2.5 years now or 30 months IIRC?
Throw that 10 years customer thing away, They don't care at all.

It all depends on the CSR you get If they want to waive the $35 fee for your or not, Being nice to them helps a lot I heard!
