It's a weekend beta event, according to you it's not a hot deal so you don't have to bother. However for those of us who want to try the beta before pre-ordering the game this is great.

I don't know about you, but I have this game pre-ordered from BB's E3 event. Good idea to try it out before I make a decision on whether I want it or not (wish I had tried the D3 beta before I purchased it...)

I am pretty sure the only other way to get an early Beta access key was ordering it from EB, on the GW2 website it said that EB was the only authorized dealer for the early beta access keys in Canada.

So yeah this is pretty hot imho.

Haha so true about D3, such a waste but at least I only traded 2 games for it.

I believe once you 'see' a key, it's yours. You can register with arena net after.

I've tried to install this 2 times already, and I've been getting "download fail". :(
