Fashion Merchandizing
Duties include attending shows and events, assisting customers in person, by e-mail and phone with their order process. Including:
• Explaining our products
• Guiding coaches and parents through the order process and design selection
• Color, Fabric and Accessory selection for the costumes.
• Recording appropriate instructions on Work orders
• Monitor Fabric inventory
• Receive payments
• Scheduling production dates
• Shipping
Requirements
Excellent oral and written English, good typing skills and Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook required.
Ability/Talent to put fabrics together in combinations that will look impressive and unique is necessary.
Knowledge of QuickBooks, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is an asset.
Good interpersonal skills required in order to make each customer’s order process as stress free and enjoyable as possible.
The successful applicant must be able to multitask, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, in a busy situation.
