They outsourced awhile ago and cut back the hours and the quality. It's now a third party call answering service. I find it can take 1-2 hours to speak to the right person, and then they have to send the request for a fix to the head office which takes several days. Usually it gets lost, so you have to start over, 1-2 hours painful phone experience, followed by days waiting to hear from a head office 'expert' who got the details wrong and needs you to re-explain everything.

You could try calling first thing in the morning around 8 or 8:30 when the call centers open. That's pretty much what I do for everything now unless it absolutely can't wait till the next morning. Never any wait during that time.

if u have an issue that c/s don't help u with for fututreshop or best buy send an email to that address it goes to the head office. they usely take 1-2 days to get back to u. unlike were c/s exclates and no one responds.
