Hotmail SMS Service

Hey guys
I was just wondering if it cost me any money to receive the New email notification SMS service from Hotmail.
I comes through as text but the number is like 7 digits starting with 9
I am with Rogers and have 2500 text if that make any difference

I believe receiving text is always free unless its a premium text
