I am looking for the cheapest TSX & TSXV market by price quote.

Free with a 7 figure balance at TDW. I think you can get these for free with only 250k at BMO but don't have first hand knowledge about BMO.

BMO's free quote must be new. I only knew RBC offer free lv2, but have to be active trader, which I dont always qualify
and it is offering 150cash back +150 free trade now

Dont think there's level2 on TSXV companies though

IB advertises Toronto Market by Price Level II at $14/month. There are prerequisite data packages, however. More info here: http://individuals.interactivebrokers.com/en/p.php?f=marketData

Just make sure you can spot fake orders in Level II. Institutions KNOW the novice trader looks at L2 and they play games with you.
Best is to not use L2 at all. You don't really need it to be successful.
