Low profile, fanless. Decent HTPC card. $21.09 after HST&shipping and MIR.

Not to mention this is Zotac rebate, 90% chance of not getting it unless you are willing to go after it with their rebate department.

Anyone who can read and follow simple instructions will get their rebate. Never had a problem with Zotac rebates.

Slow graphics....even my old X800 is faster, but has a fan. A cheap one to replace onboard graphics.

will this be better than integrated, such as intel 2000/3000, or even older amd 785g?

not sure about hte 785g, but its supposed to be roughly equivalent to an intel 2000.

for people with TERRIBLE integrated graphics, ie intel gma series, its way better.

can play low demanding games, 1080p etc pretty well. im happy with it so far

Ha no kidding. Unfortunately the X800 is probably like DirectX 9.0 or something, which makes it incompatible with a lot of software these days, no? It's hilarious that a card like this with DX10.1 (which it can't do anything with it anyway because it's so slow) is technically compatible with stuff that older DX revision cards that are faster, can't run.

Don't expect too much from GT 210 in terms of 3D performance. However, it's is a low cost way to add a HDMI/DVI port to your system or go dual monitor.
