Have a dell inspiron 518 with on board audio. How can you record what you hear audio so that you can copy the song to another device. I understand Microsoft took out this capability because of copy right issues. Stereo mix does not show in recording devices. Is there a work around for this? Thanks.

You can use a program like i-Sound Recorder (http://www.abyssmedia.com/isound7/) to do exactly that.
