Getting calls from student loan services - 9053066249

I am getting one or two calls per day from this number 9053066249. It is student loan services. I have advised them three times to remove me from their calling list and there is no person with the name they are looking for. This number won't stop calling. We let it go to voicemail. Voicemail recorded us on hold and an automated voice asking us to stay on the line. They want someone with the name of Jennat ...

Any advice to stop these calls?

Are you on the National Do Not call List? Even though the thing has been a complete failure (something like only $17,000 in fines? to date) it couldn't hurt to call and complain if you are registered. Have you tried calling it back at all? If it is a legit place and not a calling center you might be able to talk to someone with a brain that doesn't assume that you are dodging their calls. If they still won't listen tell them you are on the NDCL and that you will be filing a complaint or find out where their offices are and pay them a visit in person if they aren't far.
