Are you pleased with service you receive from Vonage? I'm thinking of switching but not before I hear from people who use Vonage.

There's no real good point in using vonage they are an overpriced VOIP service. Save some (a lot) of money by using VOIP.ms. At $30\mth for Vonage it is just crazy. It's the same service you would get from VOIP.ms for much cheaper.

Or freephoneline.

If cost was the primary concern, I'd go definitely with FPL or voip.ms (I have both actually). But these services are, IMO, decidely less friendly to someone just easing their way into VOIP and requires some techical knowledge and ability. Assuming that's no problem, absolutely. ~$30(?) a month for Vonage is almost as bad as Bell.

FPL is better for the fact they give you a script that works which is the $50 charge. It's not that difficult to setup really but it takes time to tweak it to work.

For South Korea, it varies between 0.0468 and 0.0475 cents a minute. Check out voip.ms and click on rates and put the country in there for rates.

I had to setup QoS when I use VOIP. Just a heads up if the VOIP sounds laggy.

No issues with Vonage after switching from Bell. $29.99 includes LG calling to most countries I need to call.

I used to use Vonage but switched to Voip.ms. My costs dropeed from about $48 per month to $8 per month. And overall, the quality seems as good or better and I have had less times I have had to reboot my network with Voip.ms.
