KDL46EX521 warranty replacement equivalent?

I am possibly having my Sony TV (KDL46EX521) exchanged as per the warranty, and I was wondering if anyone had insight on what I could expect them to offer. I ask this question specifically, because I have read a couple times that this range had such a low profit margin in 2011 that it was not included in the 2012 lineup.

- What would be a reasonable 2012 replacement?
- What might they offer that I should refuse?
- If I am to refuse, what special features can I quote that might not be presented in the offered exchange?
