I have a laptop which is Acer aspire 4736z, I am facing problem with it, the problem is whenever I try to play games or any graphics related thing then the screen of my laptop flickers automatically, anyone please tell me what is my problem exactly and give me a solution also.

Do the games proceed normally after the screen flickers or do they crash after that? Also, could you post more detailed info in regards to your laptop? Things like the specific CPU model, amount of ram, what graphics card it has, etc.
What I would do first is update the graphics driver. I wasn't able to find much info on your particular model of laptop, but it would appear to me that you're using an integrated graphics solution from Intel. To be sure, I highly recommend you pinpoint the exact model of the graphics card you're using. You can install and use this a neat utility called GPU-Z to help you with this (link: http://www.techpowerup.com/downloads/2155/mirrors.php). Run the software and make note of what it says about your GPU, report back if you're still unsure.
